The leadership of Faith Church is comprised of Elders (including the Senior Pastor), Equipping Staff (Sr. Pastor, Associate Pastors and Ministry Directors), Officers, Small Group Leaders, and Ministry Team Leaders.

The Elders are elected by the congregation. They provide accountability for the Sr. Pastor.

The Equipping Staff are the trained leaders of the church and are charged with teaching and equipping the members for the work of the ministry. They translate vision into reality.

Partner organization Faith Kids, Inc. has been created to administer all of the sporting and camping activities associated with Faith Church. This entity has its own board of directors, office staff, and budget.

The Ministry Team Leaders guide their teams in fulfilling specific functions related to the mission of the church.  They also care for and disciple the members of their team.

The Officers of the church handle specific recording and accounting functions of the church.

The Support Staff support the Equipping Staff and Elders in their mutual fulfillment of the mission of the church.
