Team Description

1. Connection Groups (Including groups with a special demographic focus)
2. Celebrate Recovery
3. Groups for Women
4. Groups for Men
5. Recreation

Routine Duties

Team Duties

1. To oversee an ongoing process that will encourage people to participate in:
   • Personal time with God
   • A small group
   • Service (Ministry Opportunity)
   • Corporate worship
2. Approve small group leaders and establish the appropriate coaching relationships. These coaching relationships will provide the channels for communication and accountability.
3. Function as a place for Discipleship Directors to share ideas, receive training and support and coordinate their ministries.
4. Evaluate small groups as to their effectiveness in implementing the Mission, Values, Strategy and Vision of Faith Church.
5. Bring small group leaders together for vision casting, training, prayer and support.
6. Recruit, train and oversee marriage preparation mentors.

1. Continue to cultivate a spirit of teamwork throughout the Discipleship Network.
2. Start 20 new small groups (Connection, Men, Women, Recovery, Recreation).
3. Recruit and equip 20 new small group leaders (Connection, Men, Women, Recovery, Recreation).
