Converge Midamerica is the region of Converge Worldwide that covers Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Tennessee and the Kenosha area of Wisconsin.

Bob and Deb Long
Bob gives direction to the Next Generation Initiative, a ministry of Converge Worldwide and Bob provides counsel and training to church staff and leaders who work with youth in the local church. He is also in the process of piloting Leadership Academy, a leadership development program geared for 16-20 year old young people who desire to develop their leadership skills for life and ministry.

US Navy Chaplain
Jason and Michelle Ragain
Jason served as the Associate Pastor at Faith from 2006-2009 before leaving to serve as a Chaplain in the US Navy. He is currently serving as an instillation chaplain at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. He co-leads a worship service on Sunday mornings at Pearl Harbor Memorial Chapel. During the week, he is busy counseling, leading Bible Studies, and visiting with sailors in their workspaces.
