| Healthy Marriages/Families are safe loving relationships where husbands, wives and children learn to live out their biblical roles. We minister to singles, single parent families, and couples without children, but because of the demographic makeup of our community we are placing a special emphasis on the needs of young families. |
| Vital Small Groups are disciple-making communities made up of eight to twelve people dedicated to answering the genuine questions and meeting the real needs of its members in a comprehensive way. These groups focus on worship, mission, nurture, and fellowship. |
| Empowered Leaders have been equipped and entrusted with significant opportunities for leadership and ministry. They cultivate an intimate relationship with Christ, work in partnership with other leaders, and continually improve leadership skills. They desire to multiply their impact through recruiting and training other leaders. |

| We Disciple the people of the surrounding community by building relationships with people, introducing them to Christ, and inviting them into the four transformational experiences: participation in worship, participation in a small group, serving others, spending personal time with God. We use the profile of maturity from John 15:1-17 as a guide for measuring growth toward becoming more like Jesus. |
| We Plant reproducing churches throughout the region by working in partnership with our sister churches to prayerfully determine areas where new churches are needed, by selecting church planters, by committing financial support, and by encouraging people from our congregation to become part of the core group for a new church. |
| We Deploy workers for Christ’s global mission by keeping the needs of the world before our congregation, by sending people on short term mission trips, by challenging emerging leaders to consider global missions as a career, and by providing financial and prayer support for international missionaries. |
